“Knowledge, skill and excellent customer service. That’s what you get when Auto Tech West works on your vehicle. They have always been able to book my vehicle in quickly, provided a clear diagnosis of the problem, given solutions and estimates before work was performed, and advice if the cost was out of scope at that moment. I appreciate never having to convince them of a problem that I have observed.”
